How I wish all of you at NG could be there with us!  We'll just have to plan better next time.

the participation by NGM is so exciting, on top of a so exciting trip. The dream of many a Pondie goes with us and we will be thinking of all of the Pondies all of the time, and thanks to NGM you can really be there with us. Oh boy, what a ride this is going to be. No small thanks to Mamasafari/Marian who has made the dream alive.

OMG - as if NGM hasn't been great enough - this whole safari thread tops it all!  We are so happy for our pondies going on safari and wish you all safe travels, lots of sightings and a wonderful time.  WE'LL BE WATCHING!!

WooHoo!  This is fantastic!  Pondies Rock!  I'll keep your daily weather posted and those of us not going on safari will certainly be their in spirit. We'll need all types of photos of Fatty as our travelling dignitary with the Pondie Delegation! Too Cool...Mamasafari & Pondies, we make a great family.

If I hadn't already scheduled a trip to England and the West Country at the same time, I very well might have joined you. I'll have lots of catching up to do with your blogs and photos when I get home.

Safe flights and have an amazing and fantastic time in beautiful Botswana - "deep breath for me, Marian" - I so want to smell the African air!  Really looking forward to the photos and blogs.

Have a great trip!  I'm so terribly jealous.  My students in my class have watched the Pete's Pond web cam from time to time and love it as much as I do.  It was a great way to teach some of the habitats in Africa.

We will be going on a little Safari of our on up in the smokies for about a week,  so we will miss part of your journey.  Of course we will look forward to catching up as soon as we can.
