Late last week I was up in the middle of the night to watch the Wildcam Africa and I saw an animal that was not on the 'game cards'. It was a big animal, an antelope of some kind, I think, that looked like a 'reindeer' but I'm sure wasn't. It had longer fur than other antelopes I've seen, tan chest, ear tips were black on top of white inner ear, white around a black nose, faint line on underbelly and a big white ring around his tail. Does anyone know what I saw? All the animals are absolutely great, wonderful and beautiful to say the least!!!! That water monitor lizard is really neat. His eye was right in front of the camera one night. The ostrich's, wart hogs and wildebeasts were something else. So glad I've got a chance to see all these wonderful creations!!!!!
I am new to this site
Greetings from Boston!!! I just wanted to say hi to everyone, I'm new to WildCam Africa. I was wondering if the cams ever stop moving? Do they stop rotation when an animal is in sight? Thanks!!!!
Great stuff
i don't know what I will do when this ends in Dec. I have been watching this everyday I get home from work and I turn on my laptop I cannot miss a minute of this. I must miss quite a bit because of the 9 hour difference. please let me know when this will be back on.
Keep up the good work, and show your faces again on the camera
