Hold that snow off for a while!  Tina and Michael are flying home as we speak.  They'll arrive up there around 2.

We just got a storm alert on the weather thing on the computer. The snow will start after they get home, it's not due now until late tonight. If Tina is away from the water she will get more than those near the sound, along the water it will be more rain than snow. When Rich first put the weather thing on the computer he didn't tell me that it would make a sound as an alert. One day the computer started making rolling thunder noise and it scared the begeezes out of me. I jumped away from the desk, though that it was blowing up. I kept looking for the smoke and sparks

Bonnie, you and Wonder Tech better bundle up.  We just checked our longe-range (a week) forecast and they actually are predicting an ice storm on one of the days!  Unheard of out here.

Sue, thank you very much. The emoticon is perfect for a little 5 year old. It's just the kind of picture that she would draw and I'll bet you that when she gets out her crayons that's just what she does.

Snow is on it's way, they expect it to dump on this part of the county since we are along the straits. Rich is already preparing to be buried (by 2 inches) of snow and bringing in the supplies.  Anybody needs enough Tpaper last through the next decade.

The bug thingy is so funny. Where do you find them. I can't find a sight with cool stuff.

Here is my first one just for you. This is to remind you that before long the Spring flowers will be up and the slugs will have something to eat.

I'm happy to hear the guests and staff at the lodge escaped their clutches, too.  That must have been very exciting having lions IN the camp.

    Really cute emoticon, Sue.

I was rather hoping that the lionesses would eat all the jeeps.

Thanks Sue, I bookmarked them. Now I'll use the directions that you gave me last night, I printed them, and I can play around until I get it.

Good morning, all.  I am so glad to hear that the sweet little bewildebeest escaped the clutches of that voracious pride of lions - I do wish they'd move on.

    Good Day all.

Marian, I 'm so glad that you had a great birthday party. It sounds like they really did surprise you. 2 flats screens huh? what a nice surprise that was. The family always says that they don't know what to by me, I have everything, they say, now I can give them a hint

4EE sorry that you had a bad commute. That can put a damper on a nice evening. Great pic of the WH fisherboon. I still can't figure out how you do that. I know all about the little red X at TinyPic. They were starting to become part of the family here.

Rita, have you heard from Rox lately. It looked like the cam was up for a while but its back to the same ducks on the same lake with the same weeds. What going on with the camera at the WH, is the light off or is it foggy? Or both?

Bonnie, did you check the Photo Thread?  I used your name.

Just a quick note before I head out the door to work!!

Bonnie, you could ask for the flat screen, yes!! It's wonderful and I love mine!! Just a thought tho', you could ask for a '?' too, couldn't you?? Just a suggestion!! TeeHee!!

NEVERMINDEmbarrassed!! I see you have one, haha!!!

David, my son, got me a flat screen for Christmas. My problem, and you being the Techie (that we are) can understand my problem of not knowing all of the shortcuts to see two rp screens at the same time on the same monitor. I want to be able to check the seals or Kakadu but if I do l have to reload the pond sight then bring up the Wh on the rp screen and everything else goes away. Marian has it made, she can see 2 screens and the goings on and not have to keep going back. I tried the seals and the pond Forum on the screen at the same time but they keep getting in the way of each other.  Did you see the post with Ritas screen. My jaw dropped. I'd need a screen the size of the movie theatre to figure that out and I'd still screw it up. Did you figure out the emoticons from the directions that we got last night. I printer them but I don't know the url of the good sights. I'll have to ask when Freezing Her Hinnie in Vancouver Sue gets back on

Sounds like the same distress calls we heard the other night when the lions got the zebra.  But  hey, don't listen to me!  If my visual ID's are bad, I can probably mangle the audio ones even better.  lol.  Off to work.  Let me know what happens.  Good to see you Eden!  Are you keeping my tiara polished for me?  lol.

Hi! We just had the lions hunting in front of the lodge. They were stalking the wildies inside the camp and that was exciting, ....but also quite frightning. They chased the wildebeest all over our open area but gave up quickly. I think they are not that hungry yet, so they are a bit lazy to really hunt. Actually I am relieved that they missed, because the baby wildies are very special to us. Again just want to apolo9gise for the problems we are having. Hope it will be fixed very soon. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Enjoy your viewing! _________________ Nkorho Lodge
