Icky~~~Creepy crawly, laying on it's side~all his bajillion legs wiggeling andtwitching in the wind...

Don't know if it's dying or what! flys keep checkin in on it too! Curled up like a (C) right now...EEEWWW.....Wouldn't want that crawling up my leg....It's a frigid 7* here right now....Think i'll stay here with the nice cozy fire, coffee and maybe watch for the kittys......

Oh and good morning everyone, I have read back some yesterday and seemed as if there was not much action, I still have to read what you wrote last night and look and see if there are pictures. I will be here about an hour this morning before I head off to do the big girl thingy.

I do mostly lurking, but I'm here at least once a day reading all the posts. I have learned so much from the techie posts just by lurking. I'm trying to get all my videos edited with WMP but going slow with all life's interruptions. As a Southern CA Gal, the cold is something that we do not experience often, but I do have a supply of sweat pant and tops which I live in when it gets like this. My light weight, puffy comforter keeps me toasty at night and often too warm. Getting down to 30s at night and 50s during the daytime. I would rather have it like this than the heat as I have heat strokes - and it does  get up in the 90s and this summer to 104 - so I stay inside with the A/C. When I follow the conversations of the weather some of the fellow Pondies are experiencing, I can't complain about cold.

Boo, I am sooo glad that you solved the problem!! That makes you a 'techie'!!! LOL!!! I was trying things as I was thinking about your problem and got mine stuck in the 'either full screen or mini' mode!! Gave me fits and I kept clicking on things until it came back!! PHEW!! I'm embarrassed that I did not ask a long time ago. There is always somebody out there who has the answer. Thanks to Boo for bringing it up. This all started with this update a couple of weeks ago. When the window popped up  and asked if I wanted the update, I clicked OK - and that was it!  I do not know what version I have as I did not look it up - all this stuff on my puter was new in May 2006. When WMP is open, there are 3 little squares on the upper right (below the big X) that are not visible unless you run the arrow over them - secrets - must discover all this by just fooling around - but I had never observed those little windows before with all my messing around. Should be mandatory that all updates come with instructions or tutorials for us puter challenged.

Yes, I need to push a few buttons around here myself. Once I finish work, make sure my mom is ok and spend time giving the dogs some attention though I'm too pooped to do it. The camera hasn't moved in quite a while. I would think the beasties would be out grazing but maybe they wondered off a ways since the lions are hanging around. Lurking mostly, just to tired to do much but sit here. I got Rich off to Tacoma this moring and cleaned the houes. Well, I pushed the button on the washing machine, pushed the button on the dryer, pushed the button on the wishwasher, pushed the button on the vaccum but nobody has found a button to clean the bathrooms, dust the furniture, chase the cobwebs, mop the floors etc. The house is sparkling and I am wiped out. I agree with you on Shih Tzus!! My folks have a lasa/shih tzu mix and he is a smart, precocious handful!!! Love him to pieces!! I had a customer come in the store the other day with 2 shih tzu pups and fell head over heels!! I picked them up, 1 white/black and 1 pure black, and carted them all over the store!!! Within 10 mins, there were calls out to kennels for shih tzu pups, LOL!!! They sell themselves!! Such personalities!!

Oh bummer that NG channel isn't in your lineup. I watch it all the time, any show on anything in Africa and of course, the Dog Whisperer. Have to watch that one since I breed and show dogs, always good to get some tips in case you ever have an unruly one. Haven't had any problems in 30 yrs. though, Shih Tzu are just a loveable, easy going breed.

Know what you mean about cutting back on the $$ input though. I had to cut some corners the past two years thanks to my medical bills. Twenty percent of a surgery bill to pay can be a whole lot, and I had 3 surgeries in one year (all unplanned).

I would love to be watching that show but I cut back on my $$ output and I no longer get ALL the channels available on my satellite, and, of course, that's one of the channels I don't get anymore!! I figure by spring I'll be able to get the full spread back again, LOL!!! I had to decide between that and the broadband width that I needed to see my pond everyday!!
