there are 3 little squares on the upper right (below the big X) that are not visible unless you run the arrow over them - secrets -

     Good grief ...

Go to View and click on "Menu Bar Options" and click on "Show Menu Bar" and the menu will always be visible.

Not everyone a techie. I admit I'm puter challenged - BUT problem solved!!!!!!!!

Aha!  The adult baboon didn't take kindly to the impala running the baby off!  Of course, the baby was being a pest but, apparently, that doesn't count!

It kind of looks like the young impalas wish they could join in.  They've really been keeping an eye on the action and bounding around having a little fun of their own.

C'mon Julie - tell your pyramid story.  It might take a bit for it to appear but what else do we have to do?  I'll wait for yours before I tell mine.

I like how the big one is sitting at the top of the tree...like a babysitter for those young ones who are scamping around. So cute. I figured out the sound thing...I had it turned down really low in RP from last night...opened the WH in WMP this morning and couldn't hear anything. Weird how the sound on one program (that isn't even open, mind you) can effect the other one. But now...chirping birds. Yeah. I have a crazy feed though...Like still shots again.

This weather really is crazy. We dropped 40*. Sad that it's so bad in CA with all the produce. I told my husband that i won't be making sushi much longer since the avocados are going to be 3x's the price shortly!

Yes, they're sooooo cute!!  I didn't realize the lions had "claimed the territory"!!  But glad to finally see the impala back and the baboons.  Fun to watch!

Yes, the train wreck was AWFUL!  We heard they evacuated a mile in every direction.  And the ice on the oranges in California means our Florida oranges will go sky-high in price!!  Dang!

Will watch for the lions tonight.  Sounds like they may need a bigger dinner.

Hopefully, the weather will moderate a bit next week but who knows?  It's supposed to warm up a bit here but they say rain is coming.  That's okay though; we need it desperately.

The citrus, avocados, lettuce, broccoli, etc., etc. crops are in big trouble.  Expect prices to go through the roof.  I really don't mind the cold but lots of problems as a result of continuous nights below freezing.  Pipes have been freezing, water mains breaking - all kinds of messes.  We're just not prepared!

Dee~ What a georgeous view....thanks for letting us know, and I always check on "Stoker" to see what she is up to!  She looks just like my cat Rocky who is also a girl.....When my hubby brought her home, she was only 6wks. old she could fit in the palm of your hand!  She hissed at our German shepard, and when she did that she looked like a raccoon~ thus the name (Rocky Raccoon) stuck~ even after we found out he, was a (SHE) lol

I saw that train wreck on the news...that's a lot of fuel that burned off..could you smell it? The flames and rolling black smoke looked ominous. I read in a science magazine all about the terrible drought they are experiencing in Africa..not good for the whole world..we are in some topsy turvy weather patterns.Karin did say that the rain has cooled off the Nkorho area.    And Pie there are animals..called lions..and they are probably hungry ,the little impala snack yesterday wasn't enough...keep an eye on the waterhole!!

scooping bugs off the WH, flying a mile a minute...lol at least there getting a good breakfast!  Sounds of thunder in the distance~~Another storm bruing?? It's calming to see the weeds blowing in the breeze though....

LOL I am glad that I did not hear the thunder, I would have thought it was my weather thingy and we would be getting more rain. We have had 5 inches of rain these last few days. I am feeling a little moldy. Flood warning all over KY. and then a train wreck yesterday about 30 miles from us. A few days ago it was over 60 and now it is 23.

I would have thought it would have been raining more in Africa since it is the rainy season there. I went and watched what Kim had on wildcast... great video of the bull elephants playing the the pond. He said it was over 100 in the shade there yesterday. I like it hot, but that maybe too hot even for me. OK, got to put some makeup on, don't want to scare the taxpayers today. Have a happy viewing time.

    Hello Gina and everyone,

I just got here 20 minutes ago and nothing happening.  In fact, at all the times I have checked nothing has been happening except the birds are chirpin' and burpin' and scooping up bugs off the pond.  I missed the creepy crawly thing.  But WHERE ARE THE ANIMALS??

It's ironic - I have been without sound for 2 years and 2 days ago I finally got new speakers.  Now have lots of sound, but haven't seen one animal.   Before sound, there were tons of them!  Sigh.......

Well he took a weird chance at a place to take a nap, the birds could get him. I think he is dying Sad

Too bad there are no meerkats, they could have a nice snack off of him and not have to dig.
