Maggie swung back and forth, from her silken thread far far away on the other side.  She was plotting and planning and thinking so hard was Kurt was picking up the signals ?

For those of you who have been reading this story thus far, but unable to find it after the Tiny but Very Strong Tornado took it high into the sky and dumped it elsewhere, please chime in here.  The story is reaching it's conclusion and is getting even MORE exciting !  Chime in chime in and I will be back to guide you to where The Long Sleep continues.

Hi Patty...great and welcome...somewhere you type in a search, McNeill Bearwatchers or just even bearwatchers and it should get you there.  I think it's on the "map" page.  I am in a rush but will be back in a couple of hours so let me know and I will get more help to you if needed.  P.S. haven't posted a start over there yet, so you have plenty of time!

Patty and Rita, come join us at FRAPPr.com  it is free and you go to Bearwatchers.  We have lots of fun and talk about serious issues relating to bears and other things.  You can be private there, you don't have to fill in a lengthy profile, just what you want.

Lin, thank you so much for the entertainment of the story. I'm so sad that I won't be able to see it here any longer. I don't have access to the other place you said it would be posted. Please post some of your beautiful drawings here from time to time. They've been such a pleasure. You have a great talent. Thank you so much!

"Fly!' screamed the O'Meagle, "I see them!  "Lumber!" bellowed Kemoose.  "Watch out for Sebastian!" howled Karen.  "I'm ochay!" screeched Sebastian, not taking his mouth off of Kemoose's horn and not mentioning he was loosing some tail feathers.  "Flee now!" warned Karen, but suddenly she wondered where Roxy and Sarah went and if she would ever see them again.

Suddenly a huge gust of wind came screaming in from another part of the Forest, and swirled around O'Meagles head.   "Beware of the Hunters" warned the wind.  Karen, Kemoose and The Bear were in danger and O'Meagle knew that there was only one thing to do.  "Emergency Plan" screeched O'Meagle to the strong and gusty wind and with that, do you know what happened ?  The wind whipped up into a tiny but very strong tornado and sped down the line of the VOICES in the BAGs to where The Bear was.  The wind pulled and pulled, grabbing The Bear, The VOICES in the BAG's, O'Meagle, Karen, Kamoose and all of the Bear Watchers in her path.  Every single thing that was part of the LONG SLEEP was swirling around in the Little but Strong Tornado and lovingly carried away........................................Wink

Keith, you have made it in Google world! Check this out everyone!

    http://aolsearch.aol.com/aol/search?invocationType=topsearchbox.search&query=brechtian+storyteller

I, too, did not know what a brechtian storyteller was. I am learning so much. This story is so deep on so many levels. I am quite sure I am hearing voices everywhere I turn. What fun. I always wondered what really happened to Kakadu, now I know! Great job Lin, Rox, Karen, and all contributors!Angel

"At last we can talk," said Karen to The Awesome O'Meagle. I have been searching with Roxy for THE BEAR. She's persistently, insistently worried and I lost the trail a few months back. Can you help in our quest?"  "THE BEAR moves in mysterious ways and I saw many at McNeil River Falls this summer." replied the O'Meagle. "Then I saw they went to the forest."  "Mhnn," thought Karen.  "No I saw THE BEAR in the woods sometime later, but then it snowed and the trail was lost."

"I think we better do a GREAT CALLING." announced Karen.  ("GREAT CALLING?" thought Kemoose.  "I'm THE GREAT LISTENER, so I can probably do GREAT anything!") "GREAT CALLING? asked The Awesome O'Meagle.  "Then this is really serious.  Do you want a Level 1, 2, or level 3 GREAT CALLING?"  Karen thought hard and said "We need a level 1 on this, the highest."

Maggie was indeed up another "tree".  Sebastian the Intrepid thought the better part of valor was to get a leeettle bit higher while Sylvan was searching the Field Guide in her mind to see if "Maggies" were tasty. Had they heard anything at all that was said?

The VOICES:  "GREAT  this, GREAT that!  When will we be done with GREAT?"  "I don't know about 'GREAT' but is that spider getting closer?"
