I'm getting live feed between "connecting".  No audio yet.  I guess it will take a few more days until all the kinks are worked out. 

We are receiving live feed according to the band at the bottom of the screen, but the picture is stopped on one shot of a polar bear with its head down in the snow. We do not have any audio. Does anyone out there have audio or live video feed? If so, what's happening with the bears? I am just trying to find out if it's my computer messing up, or the web site.

All your cool pictures and animations in this thread inspired me to add that one.  It's been lurking, hidden in files for ever so long......haha.  Love what you've done here with the pictures and all for the countdown.  They are a real treat for polar-bear-cam-deprived*wink*eyes.

Oh yeah.......kinks and all........I'M LOVING IT!!!

We are waiting anxiously for the live web cam to come on. Today there are some live pictures, but they are intermittent and not streaming. Do you know if the live web cam will be streaming live video like last year? All we see today is a polar bear in some bushes, but the camera keeps going off and on, blacking out and coming back on with choppy pictures. Thank you for any info you can help us with. My fifth grade class and I use this live web came for our science projects.

Sheesh, I should have had those penguins wake up the bears a week ago.  Way to go Mary, Lisa and NG.  You guys Rock. 

Yes, I do believe this is live.....it does look like they are working on ironing out the kinks and glitches.  Fingers crossed for tomorrow's kick-off!!  Yep that's the bear I've been watching.  (well, sorta)

Happy you like the .gif.........that was from last year's viewing.  There were actually two of them sparring there but upon looking back through my pictures couldn't help notice it would look like a happy dance with a little help.  So I did.  LOL

Sure was hoping something might be going up today & my wishes came true!  Will miss tomorrow's kick-off due to work so this made my day.

Where is everybody?  I am seeing a live cam feed of the bears I do believe!!  The feed is choppy but I'm sure that will be all worked out soon enough.  Just popping in here to say HURRAY!......
