    FYI: posting links

When you post a link, click on the 2nd to last button on the bottom row first.  (Move your cursor over it and you'll see that it says "Create Link".)  In the URL box, paste the web address by using Ctrl-V.  (This is, of course, after you've copied the web address first...)  This will put your link in as a hyperlink that people can click on to go directly to the site, as opposed to having to cut and paste the address.  It's a little thing, yes, but it makes it faster and easier to go check out all these great links.

I don't think she'll mind me posting this here as she's given the web site out many times in other threads :)

In case you haven't already seen them, I posted pics of Mashatu at my clubphoto site.  And, by the way, I'm also seriously thinking of going back next April or May!  Here's hoping my bank account agrees.

This is a mix of what was used last year and some additional ones to cover most of the camera stops.  If everybody likes them and uses them, Nancy-IN will add them to the PondSpaces site.

Backdrop Trees – group of trees just to the left of the Beach (see below), including one with a large strip of bark missing.

Beach - midway in the camera's scan, where there is a clear view for miles.

Left Driveway - animal path down to the water at the far right side of the pond. Fatty is often seen sunbathing here.

Grove – group of trees between Rocky Point (see below) and the Right Driveway (see below).

Inlet - area of shore somewhat close to the left span of the camera that forms a small inlet. A favorite place for elephants to mud wrestle (at least in 2005).

Peninsula or Rocky Point - rocky area that forms the left side of the inlet (see above).

Right Driveway - animal path through the trees down to the water at the far left side of the pond.

Terrapin Rock – exposed small rock just off the end of Rocky Point.  Often has a terrapin perched on it.

Warthog Wallow - area of shore, like a tiny cove, somewhat close to the right span of the camera just before the shoreline becomes bushy. A favorite place for warthogs to take mud baths.
